How do I schedule an appointment?
Ready to schedule your appointment? Great! All you have to do is follow these 3 easy steps:
- Pick the session type you would like to enjoy, therapist you prefer to see, and date and time you want to visit. Then, click “Continue” for a single visit, or “Reoccurring” if you want to come and visit with us on a regular basis
- Enter your contact and payment information so we can send you appointment reminders (no spam, promise 😉 ) and secure your spot
- Review your confirmation and then add it to your calendar with just one click!

Why do you require a valid credit card up front to secure appointments?
As in most industries, time is money. In the world of massage therapy though, this cannot be truer. While we would love to work for free and help people get well around the clock, we need money to pay our bills and keep the lights on. Saying that, we work by appointment and require a credit card on file to make this happen. Rest assured though, your card number is not stored in our systems, nor does anyone in our office have access to it. Your card will only be charged if you cancel without 24-hours notice or you don’t show up for the appointment. You do not have to use this credit card to pay for your session, but if there is a no show, this card will be charged the full session amount.
What are your cancellation, late, and no show policies?
Glad you asked! Our policies are as follows:
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call us 12-hours prior to your appointment to cancel, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. In case of an emergency, please call us to cancel your appointment. We understand life happens, however, we don’t want to keep another patient in need from enjoying that session either. So please, be courteous when possible and let us know if you can’t make the appointment via a phone call or voicemail message.
Your time is precious, and so is ours. Saying that, in respect to our other patients and your therapist, if you arrive late you will still be able to enjoy the remainder of the massage whether there is 5 minutes left or 75. However, you will be charged for the full session.
If you do not let us know that you cannot make an appointment, aside from a true emergency situation (at our discretion to decide), your card on file will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
